The Blackburn-Talley Sports Complex is a 14.45-acre park in Yuba City. It is located on the east side of Garden Highway and the south side of Burns Drive. It features two softball diamonds, two full basketball courts, bleachers, night lighting, restrooms, a concession stand, playground equipment, and picnic areas.
