Daugherty Hill is a hill in Yuba County, at the end of a short road called Brush Rabbit. It is located south of Stanfield Hill and Collins Lake, southwest of Ure Mountain, northwest of High Prairie, northeast of Holman Hill, and southeast of McGinn Hill. Its elevation is 1,781 feet,1 and its prominence above the surrounding countryside is about 569 feet.2

Daugherty Hill Unit of Daugherty Hill State Wildlife Area

Daugherty Hill is part of the 2,638-acre Daugherty Hill Unit of Daugherty Hill State Wildlife Area. It is the largest and the southernmost of the three units in Daugherty Hill State Wildlife Area. Horseback riding and bicycling are allowed only in this unit, and only at designated times of year.
