Foothill Blues is a blues festival that has been held annually since 2006. It takes place at the Lions Hall in Loma Rica and features live blues performances in the shaded, park-like area outside the Lions Hall. Raffle tickets are also sold. Dogs and ice chests are not permitted (except service dogs).
The festival is preceded by the annual Blues and Bikes Poker Run, a bicycle race that begins at Rio La Paz Golf Club in Nicolaus and ends at the Lions Hall in Loma Rica, where the blues festival takes place.
