KKCY-FM Country 103.1 is a radio station that broadcasts from the Sutter Buttes, is licensed to Colusa, and is headquartered in Yuba City. It plays country music from the '80s, '90s, '00s, and today, and also features programing from ABC Radio.

History
In September 1990, Country 103.1 changed its call letters from its original KKLU to the current KKCY. That January, it had changed frequency from its original 96.5 FM to its current 103.1 FM. It was also in 1990 that the station began broadcasting from the Sutter Buttes rather than just from Colusa.
