Lake of the Springs is an artificial reservoir in northwestern Oregon House, formed by the Los Verjeles Dam on the more northern of the two Yuba County creeks called Dry Creek. Water from Smoky Ravine also empties into it.

Lake of the Springs is part of a private, members-only RV campground system called Thousand Trails. (Lake Minden in Nicolaus is also part of the Thousand Trails system.) Amenities include an adult lounge, family center, miniature golf course, swimming pool, and tennis court. Full trailer hook-ups, laundry facilities, and showers are also provided. Cabins and cottages are available for rent. Boating is permitted. The lake is stocked annually with bass, bluegill, and catfish.

History

Before being purchased by Thousand Trails, Lake of the Springs was called Lake Mildred .
