"Summiteen" aka "Low Dirt" is the parking area on the east side of 17 at the intersection with Summit Road. It's a common meeting point for drop offs and pick ups of kids and carpools. It's small, with room for perhaps 10 cars, but it is centrally located in the 95033 area and gets used a lot. As a result the phrase "I'll meet you at Summiteen" has meaning to locals that those not living on the mountain wouldn't understand.
