Glendale Condominiums was a proposed condominium development at 312 Glendale Drive on Ann Arbor's west side. The owner of the development is Jeffrey Starman of Ann Arbor. The subsequent plan for the effort on the same site, Hillside Memory Care, came before Ann Arbor City Council in January 2017.
Neighbors from the surrounding area have organized to oppose the development, citing issues of drainage and storm water retention.
The City's project tracking page (http://etrakit.a2gov.org) notes that the petition for this project was "Closed/Withdrawn" on 1/20/2015.
The Ann Arbor city permit process for the site is issue SP13-010.
