Granger's Addition was platted in July 1908. Elihu J. Granger and Sarah A. Granger were the property owners, and the land extends along the north side of Granger Avenue between Packard and Ferdon.

The Granger and Bixby Addition was added in May 1916; Sarah is listed as a widow, and Grace G. Bixby as daughter. This land includes the south side of Granger Avenue and both sides of Brooklyn Avenue, to Ferdon, plus a stretch of Lincoln Avenue.
