Maple Village

Maple Village is a shopping center on the far west side of Ann Arbor on Maple Road between Dexter Avenue and Jackson Road. The street address is 155-396 North Maple Road. Anchor tenants include Value World, Dunham's Sports, and Plum Market.

The center's previous largest tenant was Kmart, but that store closed in January 2015, leaving a 103,000-square-foot vacancy.

The shopping center is owned by mall developer Brixmor Properties, formerly known as Centro Properties.

Timeline

January 2015: Kmart, the shopping center's largest tenant, closes its store.

February 2008: Plum Market, an upscale grocery, opens in the center's northeast corner, at the former site of a restaurant and movie theater.
