Packard Square is a name for a development proposed on the site of the Georgetown MallCraig Schubiner of Harbor Georgetown LLC was the original developer.

The site has a brownfield on it from the former location of Georgetown Cleaners, a dry cleaner.

October 13, 2017. Packard Square bankruptcy opinions and order. "Packard Square LLC filed for bankruptcy. In these opinions, the court denied motions seeking possession of the project site and building and seeking permission to grant primacy of being for new financing of the project. The Court dismisses the bankruptcy and orders that no new bankruptcy aton be filed regarding this project for two years."
