Jim's Steakhouse is known locally as one of the best restaurants in town.

Jim's Steakhouse was established in 1960. It is located at 2307 East Washington Street, one block East of Veterans Parkway.

When attending this establishment, diners should wear formal attire including dresses, suits, and other business like clothing due to the environment of the dining room. The restaurant’s interior is dim lighted and has more of a romantic feel to it allowing guests to enjoy themselves in a more private company or even a larger party.

The entrée prices are fairly priced, however they are on the expensive side due to the condition and cuts of the different meats and seafood. This restaurant has a very professional atmosphere and is a very good place to spend your night out.

Dinner options include aged steak, fresh seafood, veal, prime rib, chicken, lamb, and pork. When someone mentions that they are going to try Jim’s Steakhouse, peoples first response is “You have to try the Brittany dressing with your salad”. Jim’s Brittany dressing is legendary and is a must have. A cozy addition to the bar area is a piano used by various performers. A set of bongos are available for accompaniment if you are so inclined.
