——Rosati's Pizza Rosati's is by far one of the best pizza/sandwich deliveries in Bloomington Normal. Their Traditional thin crust is my personal favorite. With sandwiches such as The Cheef- Italian beef on soft and crunchy Italian bread, overloaded with cheese. They even have wings you can get with hot, BBQ, garlic, and teriyaki, with the bone or chicken bites that are boneless. Their not on the cheep side, but are worth every penny.
At Rosati's, every pizza is made from scratch. Every morning, the sous chefs create the pizza dough using only the freshest of olive oil and sweet sugar water. it is then kneeled to perfection and baked fresh for every customer. Once the order is place, our pizza sculptors begin the process of designing your masterpiece. Starting with your choice of base, whether it be our original recipe tomato sauce, a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, a garlic and parsley butter or even a spicy or mild hot sauce for the adventurous. After a base is prepared, the sculptors place the wide variety of ingredients and spices on your pizza. With choices ranging from the simple Italian Sausage and pepperoni, to the more traditional veggies ( Onions, green peppers, olives, mushrooms) to the more sophisticated Sundried tomatoes, bacon, fresh garlic and much much more! Then to top the whole thing off, every pizza is topped with a gorgeous amount of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese or choice of Cheddar cheese. All prepared in store, every morning for any customer's enjoyment.
