What do you know about The City Normal?

Recently moving from the city Chicago to Normal, living in Normal is different from living in Chicago. Their bus service is different, you can't eat or drink on the bus, their fare is only $1, the buses stop running at 9:00pm, some bus routes don't take you to the correct directions, and the busses run every 30/45 minutes. Trying get around in Normal is difficult, basically you need a vehicle to get around. That’s one thing about living in Normal as a college student. You barely know your way around, You met a few people out here but most of them just like alike; in-school with no car to get around. Going out to eat at chilies, the flat-top grill, and hooters. Every time you go to a restaurant, you notice it doesn’t be as crowded, so you not use to that, you use to having to wait to be seated but its quick and fast. The food at chilies wasn’t that good, the food had a bad taste to it, and the environment was set-up nice though. When going to flat-top grill, their food wasn’t bad at all, taste the same as when you go to Chicago. The food at hooters was freshly cooked, it didn’t take a long time for the food to come out, their wings were very delicious, their drink “Strawberry Lemonade” tasted very different.  You wouldn’t mind going  there spending your money and also their customer service was excellent. The other city Bloomington has a large variety of places you can visit but It’s hard trying to adjust to a town so little compared to where you grew up at. Moving out here you notice people that live out here are very races, in countering negative vibes from people you come in contact with. Also Its hard finding a job out here, you would think since it’s a small town with majority of college kids, it would be easy trying find a job. Seems like every time you go on an interview, their reason for not hiring you is because due to your school schedule, their looking for full-time workers. Normal is a nice place to live if you want to stay low, out of trouble but if you’re city girl like me you would definitely be trying move back to Chicago.
