The Job Placement & Cooperative Education office, part of the career center at Butte College, offers a variety of ways to find employment, whether full time, part time, or as an intern. The office is next to Career Services. JPCE will help you build a respectable resume and get in contact with organizations that may be offering jobs. In addition they have a bulletin board that is regularly updated with local job ads — the vast majority of which come out of Chico. Each ad is numbered and has a general description. If you're interested in a job or several of them, simply write down the number(s) and more information will be provided by the staff.

Students that find work as an intern may also go through this office to find ways of receiving academic credit.
