Chico AirFest is an annual event funded by the City of Chico, private organizations, and tickets. It's full of vintage and modern airplane displays and plenty of air performances.

2008

The 2008 show includes the Canadian Force's Snowbirds air demonstration team. The United States Air Force will also demonstrate their A-10 Thunderbolt II and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. Fest goers also have the opportunity to enjoy rides in small civilian aircraft. Many food vendors will be present including Annie's Asian Grill and Big Chico Burger.

On Friday, gates will open at 2pm and tickets for that day are $10 in advance or $12 at the gate. On Saturday, gates open at 9am and tickets are $13 in advance and $15 at the gate. Kids 12 and under are admitted for free.

Tickets can be bought locally at the Chico Chamber of Commerce, Northern California National Bank, Raley's, or the Chico Air Museum. Tickets can also be bought online at Click n Print.
