2012-09-02 21:01:19   This place is definitely cool to live in. Usually quiet except or renters behind the building ( also tenants of Eric Hart). To get a repair made tenants usually have to call 4-5 times and threaten getting the repair handled yourself and deducting it from the rent to get stuff done. Otherwise in good shape and Lots of character. —71.197.97.140
