The Startlite Drive-In Theater opened at 6:30pm on July 1, 1949.  The cost was $.40 for adults and $.30 for children 14 and under.  The movies, "Drums" and "Four Feather" were featured along with 3 cartoons.  The theater was featured as 'Northern California's Miracle of Entertainment.'
