The Hercules Waterfront District is a partially-constructed New Urbanism community consisting of several neighborhoods along the Hercules waterfront. It originated as an outcome of the Central Hercules Plan.

  • The Promenade - single-family homes
  • Baywood - single-family homes and affordable housing units
  • Bayside - single-family homes and duplexes, including some professional offices along Sycamore Avenue
