Fioravonti J. Cirroni was an Italian mason who came to Saranac Lake to set the three altars in the old, stone St. Bernard's Catholic Church and never left. He was known here as "Jim" and later worked at Ryan's greenhouse. His six-grave plot in Pine Ridge Cemetery was purchased by Pietro Tanzini. A baby named Mario Cirroni who was born on May 19, 1922, and died on July 11, 1923, and who is noted as "TB patient," shares his burial plot. There appears to have been a close relationship between Mr. Cirroni and the Tanzini family. See also Fioravonti Santi in Pine Ridge Cemetery.
