Alpine Hotel Employe Dies In His Room
Willis Kern, 45, who has been working as night maintenance man at the Hotel Alpine for about two months, died last night in his room at the hotel. Franklin County Coroner Ronald Keough and Dr. Anthony Gedroiz, coroner's physician, investigated. Dr. Gedroiz said death was due to natural causes.
Mr. Kern had worked at Inlet before coming to Saranac Lake. Details of his past career and family background were not available at press time.
