34 Credit Valley is a bus route travelling between Erin Mills Town Centre and the City Centre Transit Terminal at Square One, mostly along Eglinton Avenue.

History
Some changes have been made to the route's west end as Mississauga Transit experimented with route structures in that area. Originally, the route used Credit Valley Road instead of Eglinton Avenue between Winston Churchill Boulevard and Credit Valley Hospital. For a short period of time in 2008, the route went directly from Credit Valley Hospital to the Erin Mills Town Centre terminal, with routes 29 - Park Royal and 33 - Erin Centre serving Credit Valley Road instead. In May 2008, because of complaints, the routing was changed to the current Monday-to-Saturday path. The current Sunday routing was created in 2012 to keep serving southern Churchill Meadows after route 33 was cancelled.
