History

Originally a concession road of Halton Township, it was incorporated into Mississauga when regional government began in 1974, and development started shortly after in 1979 along the east side between Britannia and Derry. Full build-out was reached in 2015 with the Agro Park development (former McCracken farm) south of Thomas Street.
