Charlotte Street is a one of the main commercial streets in Peterborough. It is a two way street turning into Clonsilla Avenue just West of Monaghan Road. Its East end curves a bit north at Water Street to bump into Simco Street, just East of the Otonabee River.

Odd numbers are on the South side of the street, and the numbering gets larger traveling West.
