Sacramento Pipeworks is one of the 6 Bay Area gyms owned by Touchstone Climbing. As far as climbing gyms go, Pipeworks has far more facilities than most. 11,000 sq, feet of climbing wall, along with 2,000 sq feet of bouldering will keep anyone busy for a long time. In addition to great climbing, there is a weights area and plenty of cardio machines. A yoga room, and saunas in each locker room round off the package.

Weekday admission is $7 before 3:00pm and $14 from 3:00 until close. Friday admission is $7 all day. Weekend admission is $14 all day.

All climbers are required to pass a belay safety check before climbing. If you've never climbed before, they offer a belay class for $5 as needed. Lead climbing requires a separate lead climbing check, which is both more difficult and stricter than the top-rope safety check.
