Santa Cruz Wiki tracks all the changes made to pages, maps, pictures and files.  This information is available in the Info tab at the top of the screen:

Clicking Info will show you the revision history:

Every time an edit is saved, a new revision is logged.

You can click on the date of the edit to see the page at that point in time.  You can also checking the check box on two different edits and press the Compare button to see what changed between those two versions.  Clicking the Review changes button will show you the wiki markup of the changes, 

Selecting revert will revert back to that particular version of the page / map / file.
