Pioneer Park is a park at the northwest corner of Branigan Avenue and Farnham Avenue in eastern Woodland. The park is accessible from those two streets and from Walker Street/Walker Place on its opposite corner. Houses on Roman Court and Barth Court (to the north and west of the park, respectively) back up to the park.

Pioneer Park features a walking trail, a playground, barbecues, sheltered picnic tables, restrooms, and a parking lot on Branigan Avenue opposite Morris Circle. The park can be reserved for private use.

The west edge of Pioneer Park is an access point to the East Bike Loop.

Pioneer Park has the most diverse collection of invasive weeds of any park in Woodland, with seven invasive weed species: Glossy Privet (Ligustrum lucidum), Canary Island Palm (Phoenix canariensis), Purple-leaf Plum/Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera), Flowering Pear/Callery Pear (Pyrus calleryana), Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia 'Purple Robe'), Chinese Tallow Tree (Triadica sebifera), and Mexican Fan Palm (Washingtonia robusta). However, four tree species native to Woodland are also planted at the park: Western Sycamore (Platanus racemosa), Frémont's Cottonwood (Populus fremontii), Valley Oak (Quercus lobata), and Interior Live Oak (Quercus wislizeni). Additionally, three more species at Pioneer Park are native to other parts of California: Coast Live Oak (Quercus agrifolia), Coast Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens), and California Fan Palm (Washingtonia filifera). Other non-native plants at Pioneer Park include Trident Maple (Acer buergerianum), Red Maple (Acer rubrum), European Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus 'Fastigiata'), Eastern Redbud (Cercis canadensis), Chinese Fringe Tree (Chionanthus retusus), English Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata), Honey Locust (Gleditsia triacanthos), Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica), Tulip Tree (Liriodendron tulipifera), Prairie Crabapple (Malus ioensis 'Prariefire'), Chinese Pistache (Pistacia chinensis), Pomegranate (Punica granatum), Chestnut-leaf Oak (Quercus castaneafolia), English Columnar White Oak (Quercus robur 'Fastigiata'), Northern Red Oak (Quercus rubra), Cork Oak (Quercus suber), Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica), Little-leaf Linden (Tilia cordata), and Saw-leaf Zelkova (Zelkova serrata 'Wireless').
