Bethel University is a free community pop-up university based in Bethel, Vermont. During the month of March each year, anyone can teach a class on any topic under the sun. And everyone can take classes for free. From bread baking to birding, Spanish to spin art, we believe that everyone has something to teach and share.
Bethel University is organized and run by volunteers with the grassroots organization Bethel Revitalization Initiative. It was founded in 2013 as a way to build Bethel's local economy, strengthen community connections, celebrate talented local people, and support lifelong learning.
