is a primitive campground located on the tip of the
Garden Point peninsula in
Bullards Bar Reservoir. It takes its name from a former community called Garden Valley, which is now submerged under the portion of reservoir that the campground overlooks.
The campground is accessible only by boat. It contains 20 campsites and vault toilets. Bring your own drinking water. The elevation is 1,961 feet. Reservations are available from the Emerald Cove Marina.
