The Castro Ambassadors provide free information to visitor to the Castro. They are volunteers that are friendly and welcoming to visitors. They can inform tourists on local food, shopping, entertainment, and places of interest. 

The Castro Ambassadors usually have a booth set up in front of Harvey Milk Plaza on weekends where they hand out maps and pamphlets. When they are there is based on the tourists and the availability of the volunteers.
