Lived and worked in Santa Cruz County from 1989 to 2017. Have been collecting local SLV items (postcards, paper & collectibles) since mid 1980's. I specialize in the Brookdale Lodge and started the Facebook group Brookdale Lodge. My co-host is Aubrey Graves, local historian & author. I worked as a locksmith in the area at a local shop in Scotts Valley for 18 years until I moved to southern Oregon in 2017. I still collect SLV local area items and have recently acquired a collection of another local historian, Faye Ellis. I also sell parts for the Honda 2 cylinder cars, hence my user name 600miles.
