"Rhythm of the Beet", acrylic, acrylic inks, mixed media on paper.  One of my 8 paintings for the "Food for Thought" exhibit opening Feb. 6, 2015 at Gallery 625, Woodland, CA and on display with 3 other artists commissioned for the Artful Plate Project by Yolo Arts.  Feb. 6 - Mar. 4, 2015.  http://www.yoloarts.org/programs-and-services/artful-plate

"Melange of Beets", acrylic, acrylic inks and mixed media on paper. Artwork commissioned for reproduction on 100 plates, and part of a seasonal menu and presentation by Preserve Restaurant, in Winters, California in February, 2015.  This artwork was commissioned by Yolo Arts for the Artful Plate Project.

BOOK: Nature in the Abstract My book, Nature in the Abstract, is now available! Released in August, 2014. The book is an introduction to painting abstracts in acrylic and other media, inspired by nature. Along with developing and writing the book, this summer I received Signature Artist designation with the Int'l. Society of Acrylic Painters.
