Minutes of the Committee Meeting held at St Michael’s Church Hall, Balhannah Road, Hahndorf on 1 December 2010 at 7:45pm - (following the 2010 Annual General Meeting)

Present

Rick Harcourt (President), Wendy Williams, Eric Aliffe, Mike Hasler, Russell Grivell, Phil Houston, Jim Fowles, David Haines, Margaret Brook, John Buchan, Tony Finnis, Harold Gallasch, Graham Woolford (Brian Clancey, DCMB, also attended)

Purpose of Meeting

Meeting to be held for the purpose of accepting nominations for the 2011 HCA Committee:

Election of New Committee

Rick Harcourt welcomed everyone in attendance and thanked the current Committee for their support during his year as President, especially with regard to the sub-committees undertaking special projects; he then asked for nominations for all vacant positions:

• President:     Rick Harcourt
• Secretary:    Wendy Williams
• Treasurer:    Eric Aliffe
• Vice President:     Mike Hasler
• Hon Auditor:        Russell Grivell

Mike gave a special vote of thanks to Rick Harcourt for all the work he had done throughout the past year for which he was applauded by the Committee.

The new general committee comprises:
Rick Harcourt (President), Wendy Williams (Secretary) , Mike Hasler (Vice President), Eric Aliffe (Treasurer), Russell Grivel (Hon Auditor), Margaret Brook, Phil Houston, John Buchan, Jim Fowles, David Haines, Graham Woolford, Rob Lang, Tony Finnis and either Harold or Serena Gallash when available.

Closure and Next Meeting

The Meeting closed at approx 7:50pm

Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Committee will be held on Wednesday, 9 February 2011 in the Hahndorf Institute Supper Room at 10:00am
