B. Christopher’s is a neighborhood restaurant in downtown Burlington that prides itself on having some of the freshest food around. The steak house restaurant is unique because the cuisine lacks trans fat, hormones, pesticides, and chemicals. The food is locally grown from Iseley Farms and various other farms in the area. Their meat is USDA approved, hand-selected, so they are always serving perfectly aged beef. Their fish is caught in deep waters which is then brought to the kitchen to be prepared and served that same day. In addition, their chicken, seafood, and lamb chops are always fresh and delicious catered to the customer’s liking. The menu features a large variety from Lobster Pot Pie to Smoked Ceasar Salad to the classic Filet Mignon. They have an extensive wine list, including more than thirty wines by the glass and creative cocktails. B. Christopher's was given 4 ½ stars by the online restaurant rating website, Open Table. The price ranges from $31 to $50. On Trip Advisor it is referred to as the #18 best restaurant in Burlington out of the 171 restaurants in the city currently. With an atmosphere that is cozy yet chic, B. Christopher’s is the perfect place for any occasion. Since it is casual, it is excellent for large groups. They even have a feature of private dining rooms and outdoor seating during the warm weather months, a commodity that is not found everywhere.
