NCAA Southern Conference Division 1

Summary

The NCAA Southern Conference is an entitiy of the NCAA. This conference is one of the oldest recognized NCAA conferences, boasting 95 seasons since 1921. This conference was started because there was no longer enough room in other conferences for all of the up and coming schools. After it's organization, the Southern Conference itself got too large and split.
