Overview

Attica Reservoir #2 was formed by an earthen dam built in 1925. It is fed by Crow Creek and is within the Niagara River/Lake Erie Basin. Attica Reservoir #2 is 5.2 hectares or 13 acres in size and 7 meters or 23 feet in sounding depth.

It provides drinking water to the Village of Attica. The only access point to the water being the village's gates right-of-way and is surrounded by steep forested slopes.
