Mt Washington:

• Baltimore Clayworks in the Mt. Washington neighborhood offers a variety of ceramics classes for both beginner and advanced levels. From wheel throwing to hand-building, you'll have the opportunity to create your own unique pieces of pottery.

• The Downtown Sailing Association in the Inner Harbor offers sailing classes for adults of all skill levels. They're a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) community sailing center that helps you learn the basics of sailing and how to operate a sailboat in the Chesapeake Bay.

Highlandtown:

• Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School: Baltimore: In Patterson near Highlandtown, burlesque meets life drawing as an art class with fair pay and respect for the models

• Baltimore Under Ground Science Space (BUGSS) is a non-profit community laboratory that offers classes, seminars, and lab access  for amateurs, professionals, citizen scientists, activists, and artists who engage in scientific and artistic investigations related to biotechnology.
