Tsunami serves up sushi and sashimi, sometimes with alligator inside. It definitely has the best location in town, located on top of the building that's also home to the LSU Art Museum. The interior space is as swank-modern as Baton Rouge gets, and there's a superb rooftop deck with a sweeping view of the city.
