Niagara Cerebral Palsy (NCP) is the Cerebral Palsy Association service organization for Niagara County with a mission;

"to provide services which foster the acquisition of independence, inclusion, individuality and productivity to adults and children with various disabilities by creating goals which the agency will monitor, analyze, assess and evaluate utilizing a quality process." ¹
