Time to burn

• Bluegrass Grill - Limited seating and if it's a weekend, forget about it till after 12.  Try the Chorizo Potato dish.
• Aretha Frankensteins - Damn fine pancakes.  Be prepared to wait.....   and wait.....  and, did I just see my server drive off?

• Carl's - Home of the Jesus loves you Breakfast Special.  Out in Hixson.
• Wally's - In and out pretty quick and on the cheap.  Great meat & 3 lunch/dinner options too.  Chattanooga institution for a couple generations.
