Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (ESCC) is a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, affordable consulting services, resources and coaches to nonprofits that are facing critical organizational issues. ESCC believes the financial health and survival of the entire nonprofit sector depends on strong leadership and its ability to improve performance. To be viable and sustainable, nonprofits must be able to apply best practices, conduct rigorous financial reviews and diversify their sources of revenue. By providing our services to other nonprofit organizations, we help them achieve their missions. ESCC was founded in Cincinnati in 1995 and has served more than 550 nonprofits to date.
