About Coed Darcy
Based on the disused site of BP’s former Llandarcy oil refinery complex – the UK’s first ever oil refinery – the Coed Darcy project will provide homes for more than 10,000 residents with retail, leisure and community facilities as well as green spaces.

Construction Clinic
Persimmon also run a customer Construction Clinic, which is available every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 5.00pm - 6.00pm at the marketing suite on the development. This enables you to meet members the Persimmon development team so you can discuss any queries or concerns.
