The organic coup

The Organic Coup is a new concept in restaurants: an organic, fast-food restaurant.  Rather than trying to do many things (and perhaps do them all poorly), it focuses on organic fried chicken (in a sandwich, wrap, or salad - each comes with a mix of cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, and onion), with choice of sauce and other sides available.  The chicken is wonderfully flavorful and the veggies are fresh.  There is a nice patio outside (about six tables total) and some tables inside as well.
