Not every city has an Anarchism section on its Wikipedia page, but this one does.

Eugene has a tradition of eco-anarchism (true story from a friend in Berkeley: "oh yea, all my eco-anarchist friends would say 'ohh, I can't wait till I go to Eugeeene."), but all sorts can be found.

Supposedly Jim Torrey (mayor of Eugene in 1999 when WTO activism was in full swing) called Eugene the "anarchist capital of the United States." [source] It looks like this has morphed into some series and some less-than-serious proclamations that Eugene is the anarchist capital of the world.
