Public parking is available on streets and City lots and garages throughout the Downtown Business District. Reasonable short-term rates apply at meters and in City lots and garages between 8 AM & 6 PM, Monday - Friday, City Holidays excluded.
Free parking is available for up to 2 hours along High Street and other designated areas (see signs). Free parking is available at meters and in the garages and lots all day Saturday and Sunday, nightly 7 PM to 7 AM, and during City Holidays. Overnight parkers must depart by 7 AM the following weekday. Visitor vehicles remaining more than 48 hours are subject to towing at owner's expense. Please be aware that the garages and some of the lots are utilized during concerts held at the Harbor Center Pavilion and for special events.
