Hi there! You've been editing the main LocalWiki guide site, https://localwiki.org/main. I think you wanted to go create a new LocalWiki region called "Orange County, NC,", e.g.:
https://localwiki.org/orange-county-nc
I've gone ahead and created that region for you, and moved your pages into it. You're more than welcome to create new regions for just the individual cities, as well, but I figured you might just be adding a page or two for now. When there's more detail you may want to go and create a region for just the cities themselves, e.g. https://localwiki.org/raleigh, and then we can move the pages in there. I hope that makes sense!
