The Everts Block was a block of buildings on the southeast corner of Broadway and 11th St. built in 1884.

One of the tenants in 1884-1885 was the Farm and Fireside Journal Publishing Co., John F. Uhlhorn, manager. 3

In 1895, P. Everts sold it to William Henshaw, vice-president of the Union Savings Bank. 2
