The Raleigh Rose Garden is located in Downtown Raleigh, adjacent to the Raleigh Little Theatre. The grounds include sixty beds with 56 varieties of roses. Construction of the garden, as well as the nearby theater, were initiated by civic leader Cantey Venable Sutton as a Works Progress Administration project.
