Richmond City Council Member Kathy Graziano

Kathy Graziano is currently serving as the Richmond City Council President from the 4th District.

Biography

Outside of the Council, Graziano is a retired lobbyist. She graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts degree from SUNY-Cortland in New York.

Career

Graziano was elected to the City Council in 2004, and re-elected in 2006 and 2008. She was selected as President of Richmond City Council in January 2009, for a two-year term. She is also the chairof the Organizational Development.
