Drew, together with the Room which the said Lessor heretofore occupied on the upper floor of said building, and also the use of the paint shop in the upper part of said building, and also all the machinery and apparatus belonging to the said Lessor and which he heretofore held in Common with the said Charles W. Drew, with the exception of a Bead Lathe, now in said building, with the first privilege of Water in the joiners shop […] ».

      • Résumé : Vente d’une partie du lot no 1 du 9e rang du Canton de Stanstead : « …being on the North side of the Canal leading to the Grist Mill formerly belonging to one Charles Kilborn deceased now owned by one Levi Spalding & opposite to the Carding Machine now owned by David White, extending forty feet in length up and down the said Canal by thirty feet in width, with ground adjoining sufficient to build a Coal house thereon with free ingress and egress at all times to and from the same to the highway, with the undivided half of the privilege of Erecting thereon a shop for a trip hammer, and to carry on all kinds of Blacksmith’s business and no other whatsoever with the one half of the use of all water to and for the said purposes in preference to all others (save and except the privilege formerly granted to one Mr. Warren) to be at proportionate part of one tenth part of the expense of building and keeping in repair all Mill dams and Canals above the said buildings […] now consisting of three buildings, one of which is used for a wheel Wright & Cabinet Shop, the second used as a Blacksmith Shop and the third as a Lumber House […] ».
