Ball, Esquire, on the North, at a point in a straight line with a prolongation of the Westerly side of the Barn erected on the hereby sold land, thence extending Southerly along the Westerly foundation wall of the said Barn to the South Westerly corner of the said Barn, thence prolonging said line still Southerly in the same direction without variation from a direct or straight line to the Northerly side of the now travelled road leading from Rock Island to the residence of the late Erastus Lee, Esquire, […] ».
